These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the bocahomedecor.com website and the services offered by Boca Home Decor. By accessing the site or engaging us for a consultation or project, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the website

The site is provided for informational and commercial purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site.

Consultations and estimates

In-home consultations are scheduled by appointment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing depends on the specifications, fabrics, hardware, and installation details confirmed at order placement.

Orders, deposits, and custom work

Window treatments, drapery, upholstery, and wallcovering are made-to-order. A deposit is required before fabrication begins. Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production has started. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by fabric availability, manufacturer lead times, and freight.

Installation

We install what we sell using our own team. Installation dates are scheduled once all product has arrived and been inspected. A suitable, cleared work area and reasonable access to the installation location are the client's responsibility. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance for every installer on our team.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties pass through to the client. We warranty our own workmanship — fabrication and installation — for one year from installation. Motorization, automation, and control-system integration follow the manufacturer's warranty for the specific platform installed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boca Home Decor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
