Is everything truly custom?

Yes. We do not sell stock goods. Every panel is cut, sewn, and finished to your openings — length, pleat style, lining, hardware, hem break, the works.

Do you offer blackout systems?

Absolutely. We layer blackout linings behind drapery, specify blackout rollers and romans, and build dual-band zebra shades with opaque alignment for near-total darkening.

Do you work on yachts and commercial spaces?

Yes. Our workroom builds marine-grade upholstery, UV-stable drapery, and commercial-spec treatments for hotels, restaurants, and boutique offices.

How does the consultation work?

We come to you. One of our consultants arrives with curated samples, working hardware, and a laser measure — usually about ninety minutes. There is no charge and no obligation.

How long from order to installation?

One to three weeks for nearly every project. Because we fabricate in-house, we do not wait on distributors, and we can expedite single-room jobs when needed.

Who installs the work?

Our own in-house install team. We do not subcontract install, ever. Every fastener, every bracket, every hem break is set by a craftsperson on our payroll.

What happens after the install?

We return. Batteries die, motor firmware updates drop, fabric shifts in the Florida sun. We answer the phone years later and maintain what we install.

Are you certified installers?

Yes — factory-trained on Somfy, Lutron Serena, and Hunter Douglas PowerView. Our programmers handle integration with Savant, Control4, Crestron, Lutron RadioRA, Apple Home, and Google Home.

Will the motors be loud?

No. Our specified motors measure under 40 decibels — quieter than a household refrigerator, inaudible from across a room.

What if I don't have a smart home system yet?

We still motorize. Battery-powered Hunter Douglas PowerView, Lutron Serena, and Somfy battery motors all run on remote, app, or voice without a full home system. Upgrading later is straightforward.

Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. From Palm Beach down to Miami proper, and inland to Weston and Davie. Contact us for projects outside this footprint — we occasionally travel.

Are your products warrantied?

Yes. Every product comes with its manufacturer's warranty against defects, and our workmanship is warrantied by the atelier for as long as you own the home.
