The Booking
Pick a morning or afternoon that works. We'll confirm by phone the day before and text on the way.

The Visit
One of our consultants arrives with curated samples, working hardware models, and a laser measure — ninety minutes, start to finish.

The Proposal
Within the week, a detailed proposal arrives with fabric specs, hardware, rendering, and a timeline to install.

The Install
White-glove fitting by our own team. No subcontractors, no surprises, no disrupted weekends.
Come Prepared
Bring, if possible

- A rough count of windows, room by room
- Any existing fabric or finish swatches
- A sense of budget, even a range
