Layered Curtains
Sheer by day, drape by night — the most adaptable window in the house.

A layered treatment is two curtains doing two jobs on a shared rod — one soft diffuser for daylight, one full drape for evening. Done right, it is the most adaptable window in the house.
We spec layered treatments on double-track hardware — a sheer curtain at the front or back and a lined-and-interlined over-drape in silk, linen, or velvet on the other. Both panels can be drawn independently, giving you real control over privacy, light, and temperature across a Florida day.
Options & Variants
Sheer + Blackout
Sheer for daytime, blackout-lined drape for bedrooms.
Sheer + Lined Drape
Sheer for daytime, conventional lined drape for living rooms and studies.
Double Track, Single Rod
Clean hardware: one decorative rod, two tracks, two independent panels.
Motorized Layered
Both layers on silent motors with paired scenes — morning / day / night.
The difference is in the last ten percent.
Adaptable
Every hour of the day has a setting — sheer closed, drape closed, both, neither.
Softer Light Curve
The sheer filters direct sun so the over-drape reads softer and more sculptural.
Privacy Without Darkness
Sheer pulled, drape open — you get full daytime privacy without losing the light.
Composition
Two fabrics working together give a room depth that a single panel can't deliver.
